Nice hotel overall with good service, staffs are friendly.

Nice hotel overall with good service, staffs are friendly. On the main road - New Bagan, near to pagodas, restaurants and work shops. Nice pool, in room dining is good.

The room is cozy but small, water tastes very salty even for brush teeth. Breakfast is not bad but selection isn’t changed few morning.

The staff at the reception and at the swimming pool was kind, the size of the rooms, the swimming poil is very nice and the resort surrounding. Near to the temples and pagodas, very convenient.

The size of the room, the swimming pool and the surroundings.

The size of the room, the swimming pool and the surroundings. The beds are very comfortable.

We do not get the room we request because they can’t provide due to a problem of occupancy. The cleanness of the room was poor, specially the toilet and the room carpet. Need to improve cleaning and the staff need more training. At check out we have problems with the staff asking for “payment” saying booking.com do not send them information about the pre payment of the room.

Reasonable.

Nice rooms, clean, modern & comfortable, great swimming pool & restaurant location. E-bike hire across the road, good sunrise/sunset location close by.

Staff need further training in hospitality. Food was very average. Sent the same meal back 3 times. Music at pool bar was awful, asked him to turn it down 3 times, but wouldn’t. Often needed to ask 3 times for something. Happy hour drinks not full strength.

The rooms were clean.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Good and quiet location.

We did miss a bit of atmosphere in the hotel. The room was clean but you didn't had the feeling you were in Myanmar. Boring colours and lack of ambiance. They will need to maintain this property as we had the feeling it will be dated soon.

Good overall but expensive for the service provided

Nice swimming pool and good location. Breakfast buffet style correct and varied. Tried spa 2 times, traditional Myanmar massage worth the money, others that good.

The room was not clean at all when we arrived, we had to ask 2 times to clean it and still it was not very clean afterwards. Lunch a bit expensive for what it is. Hotel charges more expensive when they order taxi or tuktuk for you (they keep a %). Try to find transportation contacts somewhere else.

- Gorgeous pool

- Gorgeous pool - Nice breakfast - Good location - within walking distance of restaurants, and not far on e-bikes from Old Bagan. I would recommend taking a tuk tuk if you want to eat at the restaurants in Old Bagan. - Pool lovely - good size! - Staff friendly and helpful

The bathroom was quite small and the towels could do with being refreshed.

The outdoor swimming pool is big and beautiful.

The outdoor swimming pool is big and beautiful. The staff is good with service mind. Breakfast is ok. I like omelette and wafer.

Door have not peephole .The room is not clean. It has some dust on the floor, dirty mat ,stains on towels . and It was an electrical power brownouts just a moment (4 times on my first night) .

A wondeful resort in the heart of the temples of bagan

The location is perfect, within electric bike distance of the whole temple area of Bagan, Wonderful quiet location, no noise from the road at all. A relaxed atmosphere which is what you need after a long day of zooming around the temples. The room was large and spacious and very comfortable, just what was needed after a day of exploring. The pool is massive! Perfect for swimming and unwinding in. Breakfast was great! I am a very fussy eater and I had no problem in still feeling full in the mornings. Staff wonderful, helped with hiring bikes and providing information, even had no problem with us staying for 8 hours after checkout until our night bus. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

Rethinking the time here I honestly can't think what could be better, maybe a few more Burmese dishes on the restaurant menu? if I had to find a small thing. Try the Burmese samosas! amazing.
